For some reason I can’t leave the paper shredder on the automatic setting. It continuously runs instead of just running when you insert paper into the feeder. I’m not sure if there is a small piece of paper stuck in the blades but I have to insert the paper only on the left side for it to shred. It won’t go in the right side so I have to tear everything in half before I feed it through. Like I said…technically the product works…just not to my satisfaction. It wasn’t worth returning b/c I don’t use it that much.

This is a great shredder for little jobs like junk mail. A friend had let me borrow his Aurora and I knew that I needed one for myself. This model has not disappointed. Just follow the insturctions and don’t over feed it.

I am very happy with my new shredder. It does a great job for the price I paid for it!
