A friend had let me borrow his Aurora and I knew that I needed one for myself. This model has not disappointed. Just follow the insturctions and don't over feed it. It continuously runs instead of just running when you insert paper into the feeder. I'm not sure if there is a small piece of paper stuck in the blades but I have to insert the paper only on the left side for it to shred. It won't go in the right side so I have to tear everything in half before I feed it through. Like I said...technically the product works...just not to my satisfaction.
