- It was not easy to fit the top part of the shredder to the basket.
- It jammed frequently.
- I couldn’t shred standard size junk mail without first taking the content out of the envelope.
- It was very loud, much more so than the standard shredder I was using.

It is a good enough shredder if you use it from time to time. It shuts off automatically if you shred too many pages at once. Thats a drawback. If you shred 5 letters a day or less it is good enough to use.
