Purchase the P-45C Feb 2006, self-cleaning housing jammed and broke apart, replacement sent in May 2006 and same problem December 2006. This product is used in the home no more than twice a week with the bucket emptied maybe once a month. The Fellowes customer service informed today, March 23 that the one year warranty starts with the original purchase and does not extend to the replacement shredder sent in May which makes absolutely no sense to me so rather than argue the point I will simply not purchase any more Fellowes products.
